If the size, color, or style is not right, we will help you exchange it for another available model. If a similar item is not available, you can choose another one with a price adjustment or return your purchase in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Payment and delivery
We ship via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. You can pay by card on the website or cash on delivery: a 300 ₴ prepayment, the rest on delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 days, and delivery within Ukraine takes 2–7 days. We ship internationally via Ukrposhta, and delivery takes approximately 10–14 days, depending on the country.
