We process and ship orders within 2–5 days.
Payment
- Online by card on the website when you place your order.
- Cash on delivery: a 300 ₴ card prepayment on the website, the rest on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch, to a Nova Poshta courier or at Ukrposhta. If the parcel is not collected, the prepayment is not refunded: it covers delivery there and back.
International orders ship only after online card payment.
Delivery within Ukraine
Once your order has been shipped, delivery takes:
- Nova Poshta — 2–7 days;
- Ukrposhta — 2–7 days.
International delivery
We ship internationally with Ukrposhta. Delivery takes about 10–14 days, depending on the country. The cost is €25: at checkout it is added to your order total in hryvnias at the current exchange rate.
